Hi all
I need a NI-MH battery charger circuit.
Is there any simple charger without any transformer.

no, it isnot...

Hmmmm .... I still cannot open it ... I'm using adobe acrobat pro 7.0 .

When I open it ... it's says "there was an error this document. this file could be damage
& couldnot be repaired"  .... Once I download this file, it showed pdf file with 233kb.

I can open other pdf file succesfully but not this one.

Maybe somebody can help to zip this file and upload back to this forum   Sad ... thanks buddy.

I know you looking for transformless but this project have a nice design and easy. here the link

www.angelfire.com/electronic/hayles/charge1.html

i dont know the Volts for your battery pack, but this design is custom voltage charge, and is more easy make a transformless power supply, so to help you need more info. Voltage amps, load power 110ac or 220ac etc.
