Hi,

Is there any peripheral code generator for stm32 devices,
similar to codevision avr does not use any library, direct reg setup.

You can use LL (low level) drivers in CubeMX STM32.
Change HAL to LL:
1.Project Manager
2.Advanced setting
3.Within Driver Selector, change HAL to LL (for required peripherals)

How about STM32CubeMX from STMicro. It works good for me.
