The current waveform looks good.

The older MC I used, terminated the analysis once the plots were completed. Maybe this is to do with the new probing feature of other nodes on the design.

Here is the latest simulation, this is the best I could obtain, at least, I could not measure the ripple..

no need use high voltage schottky diode, most of schottky has low breakdown voltage, fast recovery diode is recommnd, such as FR107.
