NoteI am a semi-retired electrical/mechanical engineer. My current interests are homeschooling my high school age son to be an engineer and working on my own projects. I used to reverse engineer PIC microcontrollers for the government but have less experience designing with them. I'm currently developing CNC and other motor driven devices for my workshop (I have a machine shop and electronics lab at home). I'm still building up my resources (like this site hopefully) and I think can make some significant contributions in the near future. I believe that I have the requisite forum etiquette and technical knowledge to not be a nuisance but rather a helpful contributor.
