WINAVR 5.4.0 Latest Release For x32 and x64 all Windows OS

Hi Friends

As i Promise  finally I made a piece of cake using original latest tool toolchain from Atmel\Microchip as portable no installation required no modification to registry.
Personally I do not like Atmel studio from Microchip it is now full of blot and crape so this tool which solves all purpose based on toolchain version 3.62 release date 9 September 2018.
As WinAVR is Linux based application initially develop for Linux later converted for Windows environment in DOS, which required a complex directory structure to work properly if you do not create registry based installer.

In this release I made complex DOS script to call directory structure and proper call order, two types of version 4.8.1 and latest 5.4.0 both are made with official Atmel\Microchip toolchain release.

Last word extracts the archive on C:\ Drive to maintain directory structure use Extract Here option, to use this program there are four exe in the WinAVR folder to simplify the operation of portable version.

GCC: 5.4.0
binutils: 2.26.20160125
avr-libc: 2.0.0"
gdb: 7.11
pn: 2.4.2.1440 also upgraded to latest version
AVRdude: 6.3 updated in both version

Last upload(4.8.1) was based on gnu.gcc.org release what I notice that Atmel release work better and produce much optimize code then gnu release, so upload contain both version latest and old, further with version 5.4.0 I get one warning in my code. Upon programing everything works fine in real hardware and compiling with 4.8.1 no warning and output code size is same as 5.4.0.

I found several little bugs in v4.8.1(maybe not, you can check):

When I ty to start Start AVR Insight.exe, Start Avrdude GUI.exe, Start Makefile Generator.exe it says: "Created with unlicensed Compiler".

Start Programmers Notepad.exe works nice.

Similar utilities form v5.4.0 works good.
