Hi,

I have a fluke 199c scopemeter, the screen shows the following message,
and the key switches are not responding, please advise.
The scope shows the waveform when the signal is applied.

I suggest you to contact fluke directly, I know that there is something like FW upgrade to unlock extra memory feature.
