Wha.....
As hilarious as it is, I am having a hard time thinking this was a "mistake". No one in their right mind would look at that board and think it's correct, purely based on the fact that there are absolutely no components that look even remotely plausible. If it didn't get stopped in planning surely it would have gotten caught in production. If not there, then perhaps in shipping...right? Tell me there is no one that ignorant working in the industry...

My guess is promotional item, teaching tool, display or gag gift...
With some laser cut and/or molded replica components at the same scale it would make one heck of a eye grabber at a vendor stand or store...
