I'm starting to use IOT and I donīt know the ready platforms that exist.
I've been looking on Azure, Node-Red and ThingSpeak but if someone who knows others can help me know the market was very grateful

There is many ways to do "IoT". At first You have to choose if Your solution has to be self-hosted (and based on open source solutions) or based on 3rd party (I personally don't like this...).

To test I use my website, but for most applications would be necessary to ensure the availability, or in the case of ThingSpeak having a cad mathematical support greatly facilitates some implementations.

Ok, so I'm using phant as data storage (
http://phant.io/
), nodeRed as control module and freeboard as dashboard (
http://freeboard.io/
). Everything on my own server.
