Tuco ... dead or Alive

« on: July 21, 2014, 10:42:19 10:42 »

hi, since few days ago, every time i tried to download files it begins to download but randomly chrome(Version 35.0.1916.153 m)  got stuck on a file (even a 2Kb txt file) and doesn't want to continue.    the only solution to me is to close chrome and reload and recover my windows ...

have you experienced the same itchy bitchy problem?

I am a chrome user, I never had this problem before. I am currently on Version 36.0.1985.125 m, maybe try updating (usually this is done automatically) chrome and see if it works ?!

Maybe it was not a bug on chrome and you where tracked?
if you notice that weird problem i may recommend you to install a fresh OS and Protect yourself...
maybe i'm wrong but that is one possibility..

sometimes when i see weird PC behaviors like the mouse stop moving for a period of time or the pc freeze something that it does not look "normal" i take those decisions..

Regards

until now the problem is solved with the automatic chrome update, no weird additional os behavior until now either, i cross my fingers to not being f4cked by any virus or human/alien entity

A little tip:

install adblock extension  (or similar) to block a lot of unwanted advertising.

This is on topic but for Firefox, several versions ago (might still happen) the download file list file would sometimes become corrupt and once that happened it would no longer download properly...  Maybe the same thing is now happening to Chrome, so if it happens again maybe try going to downloads and clearing all so the list is empty and try again...

Yeah a shot in the dark but who knows...
