With the stupidity going on in some "governments", I think we should be prepared and offer any of our friends who have DNS blocked, a lookup of an IP address on request.
I think it would be a good idea to have a section similar to the one for IEEE papers, where members can ask for a DNS to IP address lookup, with a limitation of x per week...x=5? Search before ask,of course. Before long, we'd have a formidable database of useful IP address lookups.
