is it just me or anyone else having this problem

when I download an image  like
http://88.80.6.204/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=29767.0;attach=6367

the jpg it displays scrambled ?

When they moved servers a few months ago, all hosted pictures and avatars were scrambled.  There is no solution, so just ignore, relax, be happy.
