Hi friends

Is there any code wizard software which generate peripheral initialization code like in
CodeVisionAvr, STM8S series have more complex peripherals compare to AVR.

Hi Max,
I remembered that Raisonance IDE for STM8 have this feature. I saw the demonstration during a seminar few months ago. The generated code uses the standard library from ST, so you can use your favorite compiler to finish the code.
Good luck.

St has a product with name microxplorer which is for peripheral initialization. Currently it supports stm32. I wish they could make the one for stm32 as well

Hi Max,

If you are using CooCox IDE, the peripheral code are already generated for you that way you only need to write your application code. Here are the links:

http://www.coocox.org/CoIDE/CoIDE_Updates.htm
http://www.coocox.org/CooCox_CoIDE.htm

Here you can see you only need to check the peripherals needed for your project then it gets added automatically:

Let me know if you need help programming STMicro's.

Hi haXudon

I am looking for STM8Sxxx series 8-bit uC, not for the STM32F ARM series.
Anyway thanks for the CoIDE web link.
