MALAB and PIC

Hi everyone!
i have a question about communication matlab to pic and rf modul.

Matlab generates some coefficients for .wav files. My project is transmitting .wav file to another computer with rf modul, after taking these coefficients.
1) i need so fast rf modul that has approximately 40 kbps can anyone suggest me anything?
2) MATLAB generates coefficients like "-0.125 , 0.985 , 0.754" . So how can matlab transmit these with 8 bit?
