I want to do an electrical circuit has the function of detecting signals ADSL, when the report signals the LED. But I do not understand the signal ADSL has the characteristics to what I can use. Those who have experience please help me.

Use an old adsl modem. just with power supply on it. the sync led will light to show status.
you could even remove most of the unused conponents on the pcb.
