I just like to point out that this is not the full version of it, This is the one that was published in the ELEKTOR electronics, this version is the cut down version of it so it does ot do all the things that the original does But thanks for sharing wizpic

Dear Wizpic,
Do you have this semiconductor Analyzer? I Assembly the Elektor Project but when i try program the pic 16F876-20 with Winpic800 and USB-GTP programmer the Winpic800 return a message that line 1025 of SCA2005.hex is out of the component size. I'd like to know if you assembly this tester or bought it assembled?
Best regards,

Hi Guys,
I program the PIC using the GTP-USB editing the .hex file. Now my SCA2005 is working but have problems to fix. Many Cal errors can be caused by the 74HC4052. Changed the IC's for new samples. And had reset aleatory during the power on caused by the 100pF capacitor used at RC oscilator. I changed the capacitor too. Now it is OK. This is a great project to be used at Workbench. Any doubt, feel free to contact me.
Best Regards,
Jwildes

The analogue switches must be 74HC types, since the internal resistance of the normal 4000 series is too large for this application so if you used anything but HC earlier you would have problems. Also there were some errors in the PCB and there is a corrected pcb issued in a later issue of the mag

Here is a Proteus model of the SCA2005-V10 and the *.hex file
Note: If your going to build this then don't use this model as your schematic.
