need a parallel PIC programmer

Hi I am new in PIC microcomtroller.I need a parallel port pic programmer (cause my mother board have no serial port).the programmer should be support most of the 12, 16 and 18 series PIC microcontroller.May have extra power supply or not, must support winpic800 and others (as max as possible),as less as possible component required to build (no extra IC or chip). If you have any pcb schematic please add this. It will be convenient for me if the pcb schematic is single layred (cause double layer pcb is not available here).
