hi
i want to start learning ARM and use it in my future projects  ,
which is better to learn ? :
1-LPC ARM from philips(nxp)

or

2-AT91SAM from atmel
 

?

You may want to try easyARM by mikroe.com

It's a complete arm development board for learning, developing, and testing.

Look to ARM Cortex-M3 Processor, is the last ARM ARMv7 architecture, have performance of 1.25 DMIPS/MHz,
also implements the new Thumb®-2 instruction set architecture, description http://dkc3.digikey.com/pdf/marketing/Luminary_CortexM3.pdf. Now ST_www.st.com/stm32 and Luminary_http://www.luminarymicro.com make CortexM3
