You may search for inchworm icd or similar icd and icd2: it works as programmer and as icd debugger

PICkit2 don't support dsPIC

Who told you that Pickit2 doesn't program the Dspic Huh i have one and it can program all the flash type microcontroler. Check the device list in microchip website:

I recommand to use ICD2 or Pickit2. They are very very fast specially if you use them inside MPLAB

Sorry, I have seen only readme for PICkit2 from MPLAB, not special Programmer Application for PicKit.
