hi every body
i need a usp pic programmer and a usp avr programmer
the programers i need can program popular ics
i want the programer to be tested coz i got some programers and they didn't work
if the usp programer doesn't need an external suplly it will be better
plz help me

For PIC, I can recommend the PICkit 2 programmer from Microchip. It's small, it's cheap and it has debugging too. The firmware and software is constantly under development and you can suggest changes/improvements to the developer on their user forum.
I have no suggestions regarding the AVR, sorry.

Sure, it's in the end of the user guide in the bottom of the official page, in the download section.

3128 .. its great,and soft to...can programm all pics, what i know....and it i think a chep one ~30usd...i got pcb scanned, if somebody make pcb it was great, who wanna made this thing.
