online made on the basics;

Freq side;
controle side {current,output,load label( u didnt mention which wave shape and what dc voltage and phase)};
IGBT driver side;
charging side;
and many more filterring;

then u decide which KVA. i dont know how it possible to put up 30kva online ups on net (google,sonsivri)

It will be difficult for you to get the design/schematic/circuit of the inverter/ups of 10-30kva in internet. No body will provide working design free. So, the advice is, try from small scale like 1-3kva, which you may get in internet. Understand that in toto and then venture in Bigger sizes gradually. At one go, venturing in such Big Project, is not advisable. Just a suggestion only- not to take otherwise.
However, I am posting the Link to Circuits of different types of Inverters. These are my collection, not my own circuits.It may be of your use. Good Luck.
