Hello

       Suppose we are testing a board like this , what I do is upload to the server and make changes there. If a new ranking system is added I have to upload and then run there.

is there any development IDE with server and database support using which we can run our board in our system?

I am not a php programmer but some how I am running a board, but very tough to make changes.

please suggest

Hi MicroMaster;
you can run a virtual server on your machine, and there is many out there.
I personally recommend XAMPP, it supports PHP, Mysql, Perl and it includes a mail server also have FTP server
all this in one package, and there is an ability to add more for there addons,  and above all that it is free Smiley
If you have any questions feel free to ask.
