Here's CCS PCWH v4.023 and RegFiles:

http://rapidshare.com/files/13588192/CCS_PCWH_v4.023_and_RegFiles.rar.html

The only difference between v4.023 and v4.024 is:

4.024  A problem with the floating point unary minus operator on some chips is now fixed.
4.024  The IDE now includes an option to use classic menus instead of the new ribbons.

I really wonder where do people get & post the updated versions, from the CCS website or from the licensed users without their permission? In case I can't find the answer I'll try hacking the CCS website because I'm very bored of waiting for every new version to appear!:)
