for reliable price and support manner that you work with, please ?

There are a couple of vendors on ebay.

I have bought from a guy called Zhans  ( [email protected]    - he posts his email on his listings, so I dont think he will mind here).  I bought many times from him, and the boards arrived perfect. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Also another company called sureelectronics on ebay. I know a friend who used their service, and said it was good.

My only caution with buying from china now, is that there are incredible economic changes taking place in the country. The factory you are buying from now, may not exist next month. Try only pay with paypal, at least you have some recourse if the goods do not arrive.

see the language option.. they have "Enlgish" listed..
Never know what Enlgish mean 

Seriously, what I am trying to say is this:
- If an INTERNATIONAL company (who trades across the international border)
   cannot be bother to spell check their tool of trade (web site)
   Do you think they will bother to quality check your job?

- Most if not all Chinese companies are used to trade on their LOCAL market
  their philosophy is " if you can screw the customer, you do it. "
  Why bother to keep old, hard to please customer where there are plenty of suckers
  who would pay for the mediocre services.

Yes most of Chinese companies can not be trusted. Unless you need 100.000 pcs of pcb
boards you should look for a more reliable company in Europe or USA. They are small
and the price might be 10% higher but the quality is far better and the risk is 0.
Unless you have a local trusted partner avoid as much as possible doing business with
a chinese company.

 most of the cell-phone and notebook computer are made in China now,  they are using the local PCB manufacturing for the production in China,  the quality ability should not be a problem, the only thing is quality control. you got what you paid for! and  for small quantity it does not make sense to do it in China, the shipping cost is much higher than the PCB itself.  some of the US, Europe PCB company use China factory for the order they got in oversea, they just don't tell you where it is made. (they have a lot of different project going on therefore they just pool it all in one then sent it to China to do it,  save a lot of cost for them).   you need a local partner in China to follow the works for you too, check the quality. and reject it if quality is not up to your standard.   you need to do the  in-coming product inspection, before you pay it.   Most of the local China PCB manufacturing doing COD for small quantity order, and if you don't like it, just don't paid. or just ask them to re-do it.   but it is only for local China address.  the average prototype PCB for 10pcs is around RMB250 for 1 week work time in China.   We have been using PCB from China factory without problems, (we  reject a lot of manufacture too)
