Any proven circuit / firmware for having a ethernet based home domotic controller (lights, temperatura...)? I plan to control it with a .net application. After wandering with google but it's unclear for me (if circuit founded, firmware example not available and so on...)

Thanks on advance.

You can also use the PIC18F97J60 Family. The Ethernetcontroller is inside the chip and a new TCP/IP Stack
Version 4.13 is avaiable over the microchip Homepage. It is a little Bit for ready to use for your appication.
