Erm, LoRa is designed for short packets of data if you try and transmit video it will probably end up killing the signal, and you certainly won't get long range.

I've designed and built several LoRa products for various industries, and it's not the right technology for large volumes of data, it is usually linked to sensors and such that send a short data packet every now and then.

The author of that video has said they are not transmitting video or images.
https://lora.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#:~:text=For%20uplink%2C%20the%20maximum%20transmission,allowed%20antenna%20gain%20%2B2.15%20dBi.
Have a look at the specs.
Sure you can adapt the radio to send larger packets but the range will be reduced quite a bit, LoRa is very much LoS which you will find when testing, but it also has to adhere to the legal ToA duty cycle otherwise you may get your local authorities come knocking.

When you said " the range will be reduced" what is range to send an average or a good quality of a video ?

except of LORA can you suggest anything else ?

It all depends on your setup, antenna's weather conditions, anything in the line of sight, anything else on the same frequency etc etc, it is a very much test it and see, different directions gave me different ranges, with omni directional antennas, but your application might be better with directional, we as designed a power amplifier to give us extra power, as long as you stay within your county's radio emission rules.
For one test on paper it should have reached approximately 1000m but it was very intermittent we only got a "stable" test at 300m.

How far are you trying to transmit the video?
I would have a look at the devices they use on drones, quick google will give you some results, they can be expensive though.

Well, first 3 google results show:
https://www.quadcopters.co.uk/fpv-video-tx-rx
https://www.flyingtech.co.uk/product/plug-and-play-fpv-bundle-camera-transmitter-receiver/
https://www.amazon.co.uk/DJI-Video-Transmitter-End-End/dp/B0B14SRJY8
But you have to define your requirements for distance, selected band permitted time on air limitations vs power.
