Help for JTAG

I have build avr jtag clone with ATMEGA16 FROM FOLLOWING LINK

No when i programm i locate avrprg from tools menu it connected but at the bottom it show ATMEGA163 insted of atmega16 boot is there is any problem also how to set targe device jtag fuses for ATMEGA32 with external crystal .
