I would like to use a PT100 sensor from farnell (

)
firstly i don't know what sensor to choose (class A or class B) and also what circuit to build for this sensor.
Anyone can help me on this issue?

I can recommend the LABFACILITY TEMPERATURE HANDBOOK and the Maxim handbook but much of the hits on the first page are good material.
After that knock your self out with a search like this

You need to define requirements of your project first. acceptable cost and accuracy, etc. Then you can make a good choice. There are many chips that can be used to utilized PT100. If I remember correctly MAX31865 can be a good choice. As I stated before, you need to define the project requirements first.

I was thinking about a range -20 to 200 C.
