Hi,

I am having problem deriving the Transfer function for Small signal model of inductor series peaking as shown below.
I(in) = -gm*V(in) , right ? Should I use KVL or KCL here ?

Any help would be appreciated.

You could try a current source to voltage source conversion. This often help making circuits more friendly

It's just computing the impedance of the RLC...

In any case, 2 loops or 2 nodes...coin toss on voltage or current analysis.
