Note	I am a hobbyist, working mostly on PIC microcontroller project. Some of my projects include working with OBD, ELM327 and car hacking on CAN bus, sensor networks, GPS tracking and lately IOT (Internet Of Things) projects, involving the WiFi module ESP8266. I am interested in PIC development tools, C compilers, OBD tools. I believe these tools should be free for hobbyists.
