The thank you button - and requests for new links for deleted links

I think if you see a file and download it, you say thank you. but then you adopt the file.
this could be for a limited time.
but if you re-up the file you got, with a new name, keep the file link and if you get a PM.
or see the file delted. then you post your link. (work on this needs doing)
