Some of those dimmers are pretty nasty in terms of their power factor. You might be seeing big current spikes at times when you're unable to handle it. Those dimmers can appear to be anything but resistive.

HI shams Iqbal ,
Can you write little more detail about current feedback system. Cz i also made same kind of Inverter where a common problem is wave shape distortion. Normally i am using 18f452 and CCP1 for PWM and 64 Numbers of  Pwm lookup table For Feedback control.

Now i need the idea for Current lookup table, And the method of applying it with main sine lookup table Please help.

Dear
During my research on sine wave inverter i found many application note . U can check there are free scale micro controller ups application note which will give u good explanation also check pic offline ups ref design.  Pic ups ref design project is good explanation for ur understanding but remember current control loop requires high computing power of mcu so if u want to build this control then i will recomend u to use stm32 famly mcu with all sported features of sine wave invertor and very cheep even price is lower then  pic18f452

@pushycat: Thanks for the pointer, but there's nothing in Post #99 that I can see. Can you please provide the actual links or rehost HERE?

thanks

Ah..the post #99 in the said thread in EDA board, is having an attachment and without logging in to the forum you cant see the attachment links. And sorry..... while i was modifying the post with fresh file sharing links, i had a power failure.
Ok..here you go with 100% tested and working direct download links in attachments: Contains All PCB files, schematic, Wiring diagram, Winding details, Hex files, and proteus simulations files. Please note: I am not the designer of the project. Problems, doubts, and discussions about the topic may be continued with other members too.
Enjoy..

Dear all,
WARNING!!! The link posted by Pushycat was from EDABOARD forum ... http://www.edaboard.com/thread150224-8.html    ... many people had already made that design and had complained about this design..as the performance is below average ..so better read first those all pages of that thread and then try something.. that may help save you from after effects like "FRUSTRATIONS"  etc.

M_rahman who claims to be the author of the project, say in one of his posts that the project was published in one of the popular electronics magazine, and is fully working. He has also said anyone is open to test or simulate its functionality as all releated files are given including the proteus simulations.
By the way i have not tried it personally till date but surely intend to have a try as we have all the files. In a situation where despite a lot discussions and requests for a sinewave inverter with PIC were going on, no one had posted a single commercial project till date. But as it is rightly said, "something is better than nothing" we have almost everything what we need to have a fully functional Inverter project, and i heartily appreciate M rahman for bieng so liberal to share the full project.
Cheers
