Yes, most servo drivers found on the web are based on the excellent work of Elm-Chan, and now he/she (?) just release a free JPEG decoder for micros - my (four) thumbs always up for him/her (well i guess i have to use HER).

You may go to cnczone.com there is some variant of diy servo driver in there, you may also look into some microchip application notes, and the last try to google for dsPIC Servo.
