Looking for help in finding datasheet of TDA9370PS/N3/A and also looking for help in finding code to be programmed in this IC.

Well I felt like a mole when I dug in the internet to find at least a piece of this mysterious chip.
In the end i found th datasheet? I don't know whether it is o not because it's all in chinese. However, the
pin description is readable
