[REQ] P990i touch screen

Hello to all,

Does anybody knows where to get the specs of the Sony Ericsson P990i LCD with touchscreen?
What I know that is a Toshiba 2.8-inch TFT LCD panel, 240*320 pixel, resistive touchscreen,
with this P/N: LTM028D640.

This LCD can be used to make some cool projects.

Any ideas?

I'm sure there is no open datasheet about the display
because there never is one for handy displays.
That's because they are OEM products.
But that does't mean to stop here. A beginning is to search
for an alternate display with (nearly) the same specs but
with open datasheet. This is a goot starting point because
they don't create a new interface for every display!

with datasheets of various LCD's:
