I have one of these plasma 42in flatscreens with a suspected faulty power supply.
I have tried fault finding, but it is difficult with PCB in situ.

Does anyone have a schematic for this power supply perhaps?

All help appreciated.

We had a plasma in the workshop a few weeks ago,
Search led me to http://www.pacificdisplay.com/links.htm
Reading the internet forums, it looks like no info posted for power supplies. but they all tend use a generic power supply.
The one in workshop had a bad backlight inverter, but we could not find the problem, so disconnected power feed to the inverter, and rewired the backlight to an inverter which was taken from a cracked laptop screen.

It is used in PLM500 Model of LG 42KK Plasma TV
The P.S. has a PN of 3501Q00100A (PLG-421)
I believe it may be made by Sanken in Korea, under contract to LG.

Any help is gratefully received!    Thanks

Unfortunately this is'nt the correct schematic, but thank you for helping.
The Power Supply I have is a SMPS with many power semi's bolted down to the chassis for heatsinking.
Power supply has a high voltage line that drives ZSUS and VSUS pcbs for plasma (about 65vdc I think)

I have also been told that this TV sells as Teac PLM500.

I have a alignment guide sent by someone and it has a picture of the power supply in it.  See attached.

Still after the schamtic if anyone has it please.............?
