I want to see youtube videos off line but tutorials video is too small icons and unable to see at good resolution what is the  the remedy

Use Firefox 3 and Video DownloadHelper plug-in. Works on a lot of other video sites, too. Very popular video downloader for Firefox.

You can drag the player window out to whatever size you want.

his problem is the video quality.. unfortunately you can't fix it, try finding the tutorials in good resolution..

I wouldn't say you can't fix it. A player isn't going to do the job, though. The video needs to be reprocessed with filters to sharpen or enhance it. I suggest TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress for post-processing the video to adjust sharpness, contrast, etc. I use it fairly often to transcode videos to different formats.
