By the way, I want to design a digital balance with set option, on the other hand I don't have any idea about sensors for wieght.

can you guide me to achieve my goal?

Use load cells, you can get it cheap and with very high accuracy. I used it from Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik.

other option you can use loadcell hardy Instrument. I already use it and it very good loadcell.

eleckits ,Beware Loadcells take very carefull designing in the electronics else you wont get precision . It also require conditioning ICs from various manufacturers Analog Devices is one such ww.analog.com/library/analogDialogue/archives/39-12/weigh_scale.html
