What is function of PCB in the Mobile Battery? Is there any circuit diagram for this?

The Pcb in a mobile battery is probably a safety circuit/ charge controller. Li ion batteries haveto be charged very carefully or they can go on fire. Sometimes the circuit contains a thermistor to monitor the battery temperature. This link gives a good description
