Hi

You can find several serial/bluetooth modules on the market nowdays.

I use Free2Move F2M03GLA modules (lowest cost for me, 28€ without VAT) :
http://www.free2move.se/index.php?type=view&pk=22&pk_language=1
http://www.lextronic.fr/rayon.php?id=1538

Very easy : Just connect it to Rx, Tx pins of your PIC.
It can act as transparent serial link or may be used with AT modem like commands
If you stay in SPP serial BT profile you can send/receive with PC, Phones, PocketsPC...
Ezurio is another brand.....

This one , not on the cheap side , I recognize.
But did wonders for me on an On-Site instrument reporting wirelessly over bluetooth to an Ipac Pocket Pc.
Tested On field over 50 mts . Sensor and PIC was sitting ontop of a Tank on an Cellulose Plant
Simple serial interface.
