Update to V.6.05.

Actually something is changing starting from V.6.00 ... Usr & Pwd requested to DWLoad IEC LIBs update, but it's a common registration anyway.

Tested and it's OK.

Added automated on-line help and more checking to the net in the app.

A new one suggested DVRT .
