We use the mini hotplate at my work. It works well, and is useful for certain tasks. Specifically, when we need to rework a board that has a large copper area, so a soldering iron or hot air alone cannot provide enough heat.

Did someone had experience with miniware products?

I took their ES15 Motion Control Electric Screwdriver and I find it well made, made with excellent materials, regular software updates, a tool that has proved very useful in the laboratory.
