Hello, I hope you guys doing well. Can any one please tell me in which specific software , these kind of model picture (diagrams) are designed for thesis and research paper publishing ? (i tried MS visio, but i think its not visio) Samples: Any help will be appreciated.

I do have draw.io , i am suing it for flowcharts , but it doesn't have control system blocks.
any other good suggestion ?

Try watching EdrawMax, it should be able to produce illustrations very similar to what you are looking for.

I think a lot semi pro CAD tools can do this(Viso, Corel, etc). If you are willing to roll out your own symbols. Often is the shorter route to start with symbols that exists. And build your own library from that

Several years ago I was using matlab simulink and the graphics look similar A current google search for "by images" of "matlab" provides similar diagrams, probably with current versions there are several customizable graphical tools.

Another option with lots of freedom is Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator. Then you just need a graphic library to assemble everything.

I think Adobe XD the best solution for GUI builders. you can use it online and offline, there is a lot of templates... - live preview - Share with one click - Design and prototype mode - Support large files even 2GIGbyte... I tested... - and so
