The project consists of a small ups /power backup for small devices like routers, wifi AP etc.
The Board contains a LM2596 based battery charger, LM2596 based buck converter and a solid-state power path control for faster switching.

a bom list would be nice, so those who might wanna build this won't have to search for every component that might fit
some components are easy to figure out some not so easy since they have to fit the board.

i personally am more interested in the routing and contruction of the board.
if you would want to share the design files if you can.

Cool design, but 150KHz is so slow by todays standards for fairly low power switching.  Have you considered shrinking the design down with a switcher that is closer to 1MHz?

just a bit curious what would you chose for your idea of circuit as for battery choice cell type and number of cells and choice of IC.
