The first link. Does not work. It also has a virus.
Here is a clean version.
Install
then copy the cracked Exe file and overwrite the file Pns4.exe file with the cracked version.
Enjoy.
This one is a really hard one to get working copy off.
If anybody can crack the latest version which is V4.13.07 please share.

Where is the keygen ?
You just proved that you have it.
The key is unique to your machine I don't think it will work on every machine. Why not just upload the keygen ?.

Download rar file from first link, run keygen in Sandboxie.
