Looking for pinout of NVIDIA Tegra 3

Chip name is T30IQS-P-A3.
My friend is repairing PCB and pinout of this chip would be helpful, he sais. Also he said that there is no official information due to NVIDIA policy.

It seems that on developer.nvidia.com forum there are mostly software people. Of course, the question was asked there too. Without any success.
