Are you asking where to find replacement parts? Or how to unsolder and replace the parts?

I googled SLA7024 and PSL136MR, both parts are avaliable to buy.

To remove the SLA7024. Cut each lead close to the IC, leave long enough to hold with needle nose pliers. Heat each pin and pull out with pliers. Then with solder wick or a solder sucker clean the solder from the pcb. Put new part in and connect to heatsink before soldering.

The other part is only 8 pins so use solder wick or sucker
