Suggestions about ADSL MODEM + ROUTER WIFI.

Is there any suggestion about a ADSL MODEM + ROUTER WIFI that is stable on the ADSL2+ line ?

Question in not related to cost, but to quality of the product including firmware features.
(actually i have n.02 DSL-AC68U - both same firmware, both same issue, both with cooler and temperature do not go over 45C)
 
I am having big issues with my ADSL SINCE IT OFTEN HAPPEN SOMETHING LIKE THE THE FOLLOWING....EVEN 40 TIMES PER DAY:

Can you imagine an ADSL line better than this one ?

Get the provider to change out the modem at their end, assuming you don't have problems in the line between the two.

HAHAH i agree....

The structure is based on an (optical fiber) remoted backpack .... that locally distribute ADSL 2+ line

I suffer of this issue since February 2020, I  contacted the provider (I would say) more that 200 times....

I think I have to open a legal case....

My hope is to find a solution...

Could be even the splitter quality. Have you checked yours? If your ADSL line does not have a phone line, try without the splitter. Have you tried another RJ11 cable?  Also it could be the software issue on providers side.
I wonder, what if you record audio of connection, and just listen the times of disconnection for anomalies?

I would choose separate ADSL modem, like some old blunt ZyXEL 660 — I had one in the past, when I was using ADSL line. So the ADSL connection + ppp link with authorization would be controlled by the modem itself, aside of your main router. And then ethernet cable from ADSL to your router's WAN port.

In my case, the line is direct with no mixed audio, so no need to use a splitter/filter.

I am considering to try another type of ADSL2+ modem....at least to be sure, with a different chipset, that it's not firmware or chipset related the issue....

I have changed modem router.

Using a TP-LINK VX220-G2V, results are obviously equal to previous experience (about issue) , the only thing i can tell you is anyway related to
linking speed that increased vs DSL-AC68U.

Form 20950 to 22190 in dwload
and
from 961 to 1131 in upload.

With both Modem U have anyway:
My attenuation is 0.0bd
SNR(dB) 11.8dB

I received the modem router from the ISP provider and it works perfectly.

I contacted both ASUS and TP-LINK providing them info about the issue.

All is possibly related to odd ISP provider protocol 992.5 management .....

This is really ODD ! ISP like play !
