I came by this documentary about the history of the transistor on youtube. Even if it is quite old and the video quality is not the best. At least I found it quite interesting and worth watching. https://www.youtube.com/user/filipedpaixao
You can watch the full documentaty "Transistor Full Documentary play time 56:55" But it is also split up in 6 "episodes" with a lenght of about 10 minutes. I am not in any way affilated with the poster of this video
