Help: can't find this rotary encoder!

I'm looking for this rotary encoder (see attached picture) or something similar: horizontal and with a push button.
Can you help me finding something?

I'm not surprised you haven't found any. I looked, and couldn't find anything like it either. It's very pretty. But apparently extremely rare.
