I would use this 12V 460W FSA021-30g power supply server for a 3d printer.
they are looking for a description of pinout  or a datasheet / schematics
Can someone help me?

looking at Model Number they are for IBM servers, specs say 12.3 V at 55A & 5V at 0.2A
they will have a Power Good signal & other control inputs.

It is very difficulto to find the pinout of the IBM Power Supply FSA021-30g.
Have a look to other similar devices like FS9032 or FS7023.
In this forum they try to adapt a power supply; it is possible you can ask them about pinout:

exact.
is a power supply that supplies 38A continuous at 12V.
there should be 2 or 3 pins that are ground-fed to start the power supply.
are this ones I'm looking for.

@PICker
FS9032/FS7023 is very very similar.
tomorrow I test.

Yesss it work.

This server is equipped whit 2 type of psu:
 460W  38A at 12.2V   model FSA021-30G
 675W  55A at 12.2V   model FS7023/FS9032-30G

With same pinout.
From left
at top first 2 pin shorted  power supply startup, fan go max then after a few seconds go min.
a short from pin 1 at top and pin 8 at bottom fan go max, if remove short after a few seconds go min.
